What you are getting in first

Protein, minus the punishment.

This is the part worth being early for. No shaker bottle, no sandy scoop, no brick you have to chew through on the way to work.

Single serve pouches, not a tub. One lives in a jacket pocket, a glovebox or a gym bag.

Made like candy first. It chews like the stuff you already reach for.

Straight answers

What joining the list actually means.

When does it launch?

We are not putting a date on it until the first run is confirmed. The list finds out before anyone else.

Does joining cost anything or commit me to anything?

No. It is an email address. You are not pre ordering and you are not being charged.

How many emails am I signing up for?

One at launch with your early access code.

What is creatine, in plain English?

Something your body already makes, and something you already eat if you eat red meat or fish. It helps your muscles produce energy for short, hard efforts. Taking 5 grams a day keeps your stores fuller than diet alone usually manages.

Do I have to work out for this to be worth it?

No. Protein and creatine both do their job whether or not you train. Training gives you more to gain from them, but plenty of people take both for everyday energy and for holding on to the muscle they already have.

Last thing

Candy with a purpose.

The first run is small. The list gets it first.
